Before processing a return we would ask you to e-mail us at with images of the goods that you would like to return. It is important to note that the delivery charge will not be refunded in this instance and a 25% restocking fee will be applied against the total order value. If you have however received delivery of goods but would like to return them, you have a right to return your order up to 10 days after receiving delivery.
If you decide to cancel your purchase with us before your goods have been dispatched then a full refund including any relevant delivery charges will be credited to you using your original payment method.
